Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland, seeks a Transition Wave Senior Manager to lead end-to-end transition waves, ensuring scope, milestones, and issue resolution are on track. You will coordinate knowledge transfer, ramp-up, go-live, and stabilization with the Transition Functional Lead and Global Capability Model teams.

Role requires strong PM skills, governance knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global, hybrid environment. Fluent English and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project/program/transition management within global organizations.
• Experience leading end-to-end transition waves including planning, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, go-live, stabilization, and cutover.
• Strong PM skills to develop and maintain critical path and integrated transition plans.
• Knowledge transfer, readiness assessments, and stage-gate governance.
• Financial and commercial understanding to manage transition costs and value realization.
• Strong coordination in a matrix organization and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of transition waves with scope, timelines, milestones, and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed wave plans across knowledge transfer, ramp-up, go-live, and stabilization.
• Track wave progress, risks, and issues and report to Transition Lead and PMO.
• Support continuity of critical operations across the assigned wave.
• Coordinate wave-level activity tracking and milestone delivery within scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with KT PMO to keep knowledge transfer on schedule and aligned to milestones.
• Escalate delays or readiness gaps to the Transition team and drive root-cause analysis.
