Job summary

Clariant Poland is seeking a Transfer Pricing Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of day-to-day transfer pricing processes. You will maintain transfer prices in systems, handle service charges, and support affiliates globally.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Lodz with a base salary plus a 12% yearly bonus and language bonuses, along with trainings, private health care, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• 3+ years of solid experience in Operational Transfer Pricing.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel; in-house function experience and project management are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily requests for missing or incorrect Transfer Prices and ensure timely resolution.
• Support quarterly and yearly end-to-end Transfer Pricing processes, including service fee calculations.
• Monitor critical issues and escalate Transfer Pricing concerns to stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to the Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD) function with accurate data inputs.
• Serve as a point of contact for TPD-related operational queries.
• Support the implementation of Transfer Pricing policies and internal control frameworks.
• Maintain operational process documentation and support end-user training initiatives.
• Act as a back-up for other team members as required.

Clariant in Poland is looking for a Transfer Pricing Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all day-to-day operational transfer pricing processes. On this role you would be responsible for maintaining and monitoring transfer prices in systems, handling service charges, and supporting affiliates across the globe. The Transfer Pricing Analyst plays a key role in safeguarding intragroup margin targets and ensuring end-to-end data quality across systems and flows. By maintaining operational excellence, this position directly contributes to business continuity and compliance on a global scale.

What will you be doing?

• Handle daily requests for missing or incorrect Transfer Prices and ensure timely resolution.
• Support quarterly and yearly end-to-end transfer pricing processes, including service fee calculations.
• Monitor critical issues and proactively elevate potential Transfer Pricing concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to the Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD) function, delivering accurate and timely data inputs.
• Serve as a point of contact for TPD-related operational queries.
• Support the implementation of Transfer Pricing policies and internal control frameworks.
• Maintain operational process documentation and support end-user training initiatives.
• Act as a back-up for other team members in alignment with the agreed team structure.

What are we looking for?

• Education: College degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in Operational Transfer Pricing
• Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of SAP and Excel; In-house function experience and Project Management background as an advantages.
• Soft Skills: Reliability & Accountability; Clear Communication; Problem-Solving Attitude; Process Orientation.
• Language:
  • Fluent in English
  • German and/or Spanish at B1 level would be an advantage
