Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Trade Product Manager in Warsaw, with hybrid work arrangement. You will support the stationery category as a trade marketing expert, helping to grow iconic brands while ensuring sustainable, responsible product development.

You will participate in strategy, budgeting, launches, and market insights, aligning with Sales, Finance and Logistics to optimize product performance and demand generation.

• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term strategy development.
• Assist in annual operating marketing plan development and execution.
• Define product, pricing, promotion and shelf objectives by brand/category within marketing budget.
• Monitor and report product performance and manage budgets.
• Plan and execute product launches and forecasting with market insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Data Management, Forecasting and Logistics teams.

As a Product Manager for the stationery category, you will be a key team member to support the local business as a trade marketing specialist.

What you will do :

• Participating in developing long term strategy;
• Annual Operational Marketing Plan - participate in developing and execution;
• Develop and achieve product, pricing, promotion and shelving objectives by brand and category according to assigned marketing budget;
• Monitor, report and improve product performance;
• Manage budgets for the product;
• Participating in planning and carry out product launches;
• Manage forecasting process according to market trends;
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market;
• Create and manage programs to generate demand for the product;
• Develop the collateral and marketing tools that support the selling process;
• Interactwith event agencieson issues such as: making advertising campaigns; development of advertising and demonstration products (postcards, catalogs, decorations);
• Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why;
• Manage marketing investments within company policy guidelines;
• Closely cooperating with Sales department, Finance & Counting, Data Management department, Forecasting, and Logistic department.

Qualification requirements:

• University degree;
• Minimum 2-3 years of product management or trade marketing;
• Demonstrated success defining, adopting and launching new products;
• Project management skills;
• A broad knowledge of product and brand marketing;
• English advanced;
• Proficiency in all MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook 365);
• Strong capacity to prioritize & manage time efficiently;
• Flexible & adaptable;
• Independent, organized and creative;
• Real team player;
