Job Description:

Gazer, an international electronics and automotive manufacturer, is looking for a Head of Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Development and implementation of the company's trade marketing strategy, taking into account its business goals and market requirements.
2. Analyzing the market and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and define key areas of activity.
3. Manage the launch and promotion of products on the market through trade channels, taking into account the specifics of each channel.
4. Development and implementation of trade events, loyalty programs and promotions to stimulate sales.
5. Interaction with sales, marketing, logistics and distribution departments to coordinate strategies and actions.
6. Analyze the effectiveness of trade events and develop recommendations for their optimization.
7. Managing the trade marketing budget and ensuring the achievement of the company's KPIs.
8. Developing and maintaining partnerships with key trading partners and retailers.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing;
2. Deep understanding of the principles of retail channels and distribution.
3. Experience in developing and implementing successful trade strategies and activities.
4. Analytical skills to conduct market analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
5. Ability to think strategically and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
6. Leadership skills and experience in team management.
7. Knowledge of English would be an advantage, but not required.
