Job Description

U.S. Bank National Association is seeking a highly motivated Third Party Risk Analyst to support the execution of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program within the Portfolio Risk Management team. Reporting to the TPRM Portfolio Risk Manager, this role is instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks throughout the vendor lifecycle.

This position serves as a subject matter expert to the business, driving risk-based decision-making while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, policy requirements, and service-level objectives. With direct responsibility for partnering with Product Service Owners (PSOs) in assigned Business Lines (BL), Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) Managers, Procurement Partners, Law Division, Technology and Information Security teams to manage the end-to-end execution of third-party risk management lifecycle.

As a TPRM Portfolio Risk Analyst, you will complete risk assessments of third parties to analyze risks related to products and services provided, including evaluating and reassessing third-party risk through the third-party risk assessment process. Ensure assessments stay on track and are completed within required due dates.

Working hours: 11.00 - 19.00

Essential Functions
  • Review vendor risk assessments and documentation.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end assessment process.
  • Analyze data to identify risk and perform review for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
  • Keep assessments on track and ensure completed alignment with policy.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
