We are currently seeking a TMF Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a TMF Specialist I at ICON, you will play a vital role in becoming familiar with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and document management activities. You will contribute to client services contracts and internal ICON business needs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and ICON procedures.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Gain familiarity with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and document management processes
  • Contribute to client services contracts and internal ICON business needs related to TMF management
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and ICON procedures
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of TMF documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation filing

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in clinical research or document management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
