emagine Kraków is seeking a risk transformation consultant specialized in third-party risk management and model risk remediation. You will lead investigations, governance enhancements, and implementation of AI-related risk controls within a large-scale transformation.

The role offers a long-term B2B contract with a hybrid work pattern requiring six days per month in Kraków. Strong analytical, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Job description

This role is focused on the investigation and remediation of model risk arising from third-party products, services, models, and technology solutions. The successful candidate will support a significant transformation within the third-party risk management (TPRM) landscape, involving the uplift of data and platforms, as well as the implementation of AI and creation of new processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the investigation and remediation of model risk associated with third-party offerings.
• Conduct risk analysis and improve governance related to third-party products.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective requirements management.
• Provide oversight for the delivery of sustainable controls in ongoing operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in business analysis or consulting focused on complex risk, governance, regulatory, or operational transformations.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to adapt delivery to meet changing requirements.
• Preferred background in financial services.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with monitoring proposals and handover documentation.
• Experience in delivering against completion criteria.

Other Details:

This is a flexible role with expectations for at least six days of office attendance per month in Krakow. Successful candidates will help improve transparency, accountability, and oversight of third-party model risks within the organization.
