ZF Group in Poland is seeking a Test SW Developer - NI TestStand AME to develop, optimize, and industrialize software for automated test benches. You will design TestStand sequences, build reusable components in C, C#, and Python, and integrate with instruments, PLC, MES, databases, and operator interfaces.

The role emphasizes modular software architectures, documentation, and cross-site collaboration with international teams. Occasional travel is expected in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant hands-on experience with NI TestStand, including test sequence development, debugging, integration, and validation.
• Strong programming skills in C, C#, Python and experience building reusable software components.
• Experience in software development for automated test systems or industrial equipment.
• Understanding of modular software architecture, interfaces, and configuration-driven solutions.
• Experience integrating test software with instruments, interfaces, PLC, MES, or databases.
• Knowledge of Git-based configuration management and software validation.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities
