Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking an experienced Test Manager / QA Lead to own end-to-end testing for migration programmes. You will define test strategy, coordinate multi-team testing, and ensure quality across functional and non-functional areas.

The role requires 5+ years in software testing, strong leadership, and fluent English. Polish market context, with private medical care and other benefits offered by our client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management roles.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar role in complex programmes.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define, prepare, and own end-to-end test strategy and plans for migration programmes.
• Create a test framework for application testing teams, including pre-migration prerequisites and post-migration verification.
• Lead and coordinate testing across programme workstreams.
• Coordinate testing across application testing teams during migration cutover.
• Analyse requirements to ensure coverage for functional and non-functional tests.
• Oversee test case design, preparation and execution.
• Review and assure artefacts align with standards.
• Collaborate with project, technical and business teams to align testing with timelines.
• Track and report on test progress, defects, risks, and metrics.
• Manage testing dependencies and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Support business teams during testing and share best practices.
• Align testing with quality standards, governance, and compliance.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution with development teams.

Test Manager / QA Lead

Responsibilities:

• Define, prepare, and own the end-to-end test strategy and test plans for the migration programme
• Create a test framework for application testing teams, including pre-migration prerequisites and post-migration verification activities
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across programme workstreams, where relevant
• Coordinate testing activities across application testing teams during migration cutover
• Analyse requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage, including functional and non-functional aspects
• Oversee test case design, preparation, and execution
• Review and quality assure test artefacts to ensure alignment with agreed standards
• Work closely with project, technical, and business teams to align testing activities with project timelines and milestones
• Track, monitor, and report on test planning, test execution progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics
• Manage testing-related dependencies and risks, proactively escalating issues where required
• Support business teams during testing phases and provide guidance on testing best practices
• Ensure testing activities are aligned with quality standards, governance, and compliance requirements
• Facilitate defect triage and support issue resolution in collaboration with development, infrastructure, and technical teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management roles
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar role in complex programmes
• Strong expertise in test management, including test strategy definition and test planning
• Hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing
• Experience in technology migration or conversion projects, such as on-premise to cloud migration
• Ability to coordinate testing across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders in parallel
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Experience with test tracking, reporting, defect management, and quality metrics
• Ability to manage testing-related risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of testing governance, quality assurance standards, and compliance requirements
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of VMware environments
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other public cloud platforms
• Experience testing infrastructure, platform, or cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with automation strategies and tools in a migration context
