Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in testing Embedded systems, especially devices based on C++ and Qt framework.
• Experience in testing cloud applications (test automation, CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Advanced knowledge of English and fluency in Polish required.

For our client in the premium modern home appliance industry, specializing in the design of high-tech kitchen solutions and automatic cleaning systems, we are looking for an experienced Test Manager.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines technical knowledge of Embedded systems and cloud applications with the ability to manage the test process and coordinate QA teams. We are looking for a professional who can design and execute test strategies in a complex, multi-platform environment and ensure the quality of products used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Your tasks

• Create and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Embedded and Cloud systems
• Coordinate QA activities in an environment of high technical complexity
• Design and implement test processes with an end-user perspective in mind
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with development and DevOps teams
• Identify potential risks and critical points in both environments
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in testing Embedded systems, especially devices based on C++ and Qt framework
• Solid practice in testing cloud applications (test automation, CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
• Ability to create and execute test strategies (end-to-end)
• Experience managing and coordinating QA teams
• Excellent communication and ability to build effective collaboration channels
• Understanding of the differences and challenges between Embedded and Cloud systems - because it's not "the same thing, just in a different box"
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Fluency in Polish required
