Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Product Manager to own the product across its lifecycle, coordinating strategy, planning, development, and multi-country deployment. Qualifications

• Technical depth and business savvy with several years of experience in full product development lifecycle.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and changing requirements.
• Proven track record developing mobile and web-based products.
• Technical skills with ability to explore technology trends and architecture while managing development lifecycle.
• Strong analytics and collaborative communication skills.
• English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide product through its lifecycle from strategy to launch and beyond.
• Decide what gets built and how it gets built based on market trends and insights.
• Coordinate across strategy, engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, finance and legal.
• Lead governance, make trade-offs, align cross-functional teams, evangelize the product.
• Manage two-speed planning with gates and milestones against a 24-month roadmap.
• Track progress via product scorecard covering time, budget, quality, adoption, engagement and monetization.

About the role

As the talent market continues its rapid change, candidates and client expectations on workforce solutions are also evolving. To navigate this, we have established the Group Product Organization to orchestrate the design, development, and adoption of the E2E experiences. Thus, we are looking for aProduct Manager who takes accountability for the success of a product across its lifecycle. Based on market insights and user needs, you will translate demands for your product, define requirements, develop, and deliver releases and deploy your product across countries and functions.

• Guide your product across its lifecycle - shepherding it from strategy to planning, development, launch and beyond


• Accountable for decision making on what gets built and guide how it gets build and launched based on a deep understanding of market trends and insights, partner ecosystems and competitive strategies


• Act as the 'glue' that binds all functions that touch your product - from strategy, engineering, design, sales, marketing to operations, finance and legal


• Run rigid product governance, take trade-off decisions, bring together cross-function teams, gain alignment between diverse functions and act as company-wide evangelist


• Manage two-speed planning cycle with weekly/monthly gates and milestones of sprints and releases while working against your 24-month product roadmap


• Measure progress and performance by the product scorecard which tracks KPIs on product delivery (time, budget, quality) and end-user performance (adoption, engagement, and monetization).

• Technical depth and business savvy with several years of experience in full product development lifecycle


• Experience in working in a dynamic business environment with high level of ambiguity and changing requirements


• Successful track record to develop mobile application and web-based products


• Technical skills with ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions and managing development lifecycle


• Strong analytics skills paired with effective communication and purposeful collaboration


• Proficiency in English required; additional language will be an advantage.
