Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is seeking a Test Engineer - Aviation/Flight Safety to contribute to flight safety solutions and ensure safe journeys in challenging scenarios.

You will test aviation systems, create and run test cases, report issues, and collaborate with developers and aviation experts while helping to advance automated testing and verification to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Aviation knowledge or aviation experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Tester, Test Engineer or similar.
• Practical experience with manual software testing.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) & cloud environments.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, great attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and expand skills in software testing and aviation.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in Gdańsk).

Responsibilities

• Test aviation systems manually and with automation, focusing on aircraft performance and flight safety.
