Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a senior expert to drive DORA compliance and operational resilience within the financial sector. You will assess regulatory requirements, identify gaps, and guide cross-functional teams to implement effective IT risk and IT compliance controls.

The role emphasizes leading workshops, collaborating with stakeholders at different levels, and strengthening regulatory alignment across IT and business processes. A hybrid work model in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join a project within the financial sector focused onDigital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance and operational resilience.

The role requires strong expertise in DORA regulatory requirements, including the main regulation and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS), combined with hands‑on experience in IT risk, compliance, business continuity and operational resilience.

You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess existing practices against regulatory requirements, identify gaps and support the organization in defining required actions.

Responsibilities you’ll have

• Analyse and interpret DORA regulatory requirements and relevant Regulatory Technical StandardsTranslate regulatory requirements into actionable requirements for financial entities
• Performregulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to applicable regulatory requirementsIdentify gaps between regulatory expectations and existing processes, controls and practices
• Support activities related tooperational resilience
