Territory Manager – Insurance – MA/ME/NH (Remote in MA/ME/NH). Residing in Massachusetts, Maine, or New Hampshire is required.

Role and location

The internal title for this role is Agency Success Manager. You will operate within Openly’s sales organization to maximize profitable growth by onboarding new agencies, supporting and expanding relationships, and driving rapid adoption of Openly’s product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing Openly Agent Partners to maximize sales results
  • Support agent partners with developing marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement strategies to increase new business production
  • Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments
  • Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals
  • Review and analyze territory trends to identify opportunities and communicate insights
  • Collaborate with other Openly teams to enhance the agent experience
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of insurance carrier experience
  • Must reside in MA, ME, or NH
  • Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred or the ability to obtain within 3 months
  • Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication for diverse audiences
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to establish trust quickly
  • Insurance product knowledge and rapid knowledge acquisition ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products and CRM experience
Incentive Plans
  • Monthly and quarterly variable incentive plans in addition to base salary
Salary and Benefits

Target salary range: $69,840 – $82,935 USD. Full salary range: $65,475 – $109,125 USD. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include remote-friendly culture, medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, parental leave, 401(k) with company contribution, home office stipend, professional development funds, wellbeing program, and referral program.
