Job description
Overview

As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for providing tender support to the Tender department within the company. You will be part of a highly cooperative and supportive team sharing responsibilities and knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring tender notices and actively searching for new procurement announcements
  • Managing the full tender process and handling other commercial offers
  • Preparing price quotations and technical parameter tables in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Creating documentation at every stage of the tender process (e.g. submitting inquiries based on SWZ terms, clarifying offers, communicating with the Purchasing Entity)
  • Verifying SWZ (Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract) and ensuring alignment with contractual terms
  • Conducting market analysis related to public procurement and tender opportunities
  • Cooperating closely with the Sales Department to support offer preparation and execution
  • Finalizing agreements resulting from successful tender selection
  • Coordinating communication and collaboration with internal and external clients
About you
  • Higher education, preferably in Administration or Law
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering processes
  • Experience in customer service is considered an asset
  • Good command in English at a minimum B1 level
  • Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook (email and calendar management) and MS Teams
  • Detail oriented and transparent
