Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland seeks a CTPM to own end-to-end technical delivery in telecom transformation projects. You will lead technical teams responsible for solution analysis, design, integration, verification and validation, ensuring high-quality services and customer outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, support network evolution initiatives, and contribute to continuous development of customer environments while navigating hybrid work arrangements.

Your role

As a CTPM, you will take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery within complex telecom transformation projects. You will lead technical teams responsible for solution analysis, design, integration, verification and validation, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support network evolution initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of customer environments.

Your tasks
