Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate end-to-end telecom software delivery. You will interface with customers, delivery teams, and R&D to ensure design, integration, validation, and acceptance activities are completed.

The role requires strong telecom domain knowledge, cloud tech experience, and OSS/BSS awareness. A hybrid work model is available after onboarding, with a modern office setup and home-office package.

Qualifications

Experience delivering telecom software solutions or managing technical projects.
Strong grasp of application integration in multi-domain environments.
Familiarity with network protocols and telecom service architectures.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate end-to-end technical delivery of telecom software.
Oversee design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and reporting.
Support customer-facing activities and technical reviews.
Collaborate with R&D and oversee test and acceptance processes.
