Job summary

T-Mobile Company Store Warsaw is seeking a Consultant (m/f/d) to support both in-store customer service and telephone inquiries. You will promote the full range of T-Mobile products and services, drive individual and team sales goals, and deliver after-sales support to T-Mobile Network subscribers.

We value customer focus, relationship-building, and a proactive, energetic team player who can work without scripts and take initiative.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service to T-Mobile Network subscribers.
