Job summary

T-Mobile Company Store in Elbląg (CH Ogrody) is seeking a Consultant (m/f/d) to deliver professional customer service and drive sales. You will handle in-store duties and some phone contact to assist clients with the full range of T-Mobile products and services.

You will work toward individual and team sales goals while providing after-sales support to T-Mobile subscribers and building lasting customer relationships through proactive service and solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 80% in-store customer service and salon duties.

• Provide after-sales support to T-Mobile subscribers.
