Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Szczecin, Poland, seeks a maintenance technician to join the Engineering and Maintenance team. The role reports to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and focuses on keeping production lines running with reliable mechanical and electromechanical repairs.

You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, inspect equipment, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime while ensuring safe operation on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance (UR) for 2-3 years.
• Experience working on production machines (maintenance or production).
• Ability to diagnose faults practically.
• Understanding of machine construction (mechanics, pneumatics, basics of electricity).
• Ability to read and use technical documentation.
• Willingness to work on the production floor.
• Responsible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing maintenance of production machines (e.g., punching machines, press brakes).
• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical/electromechanical repairs.
• Respond to production line faults and support machine operators.
• Perform inspections and basic maintenance work.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe and correct operation of machines.

Zakres Obowiązków

• Bieżące utrzymanie ruchu maszyn produkcyjnych (m.in. wykrawarki, prasy krawędziowe)
• Diagnozowanie usterek i wykonywanie napraw mechanicznych / elektromechanicznych
• Reagowanie na awarie na produkcji i wsparcie operatorów maszyn
• Wykonywanie przeglądów i podstawowych prac konserwacyjnych
• Współpraca z produkcją w celu ograniczania przestojów
• Dbanie o bezpieczną i prawidłową pracę maszyn

Wymagania

• Doświadczenie w przeglądach i planowym UR (2-3 lata)
• Doświadczenie w pracy przy maszynach produkcyjnych (utrzymanie ruchu lub produkcja)
• Praktyczna umiejętność diagnozowania usterek
• Znajomość budowy maszyn (mechanika, pneumatyka, podstawy elektryki)
• Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją techniczną – na poziomie praktycznym
• Gotowość do pracy na hali produkcyjnej
• Odpowiedzialność i chęć uczenia się

Mile Widziane (ale Nie Wymagane)

• Znajomość języka angielskiego
• Doświadczenie z wykrawarkami, prasami krawędziowymi
• Uprawnienia SEP
• Doświadczenie w przeglądach i planowym UR (2-3 lata)
