Job summary

Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Szczecin. You will inspect materials, monitor production, and perform precise measurements to ensure compliance with specifications.

The role involves identifying defects, maintaining nonconformity records, and collaborating with production to eliminate errors. A high school diploma and ability to read drawings are required; experience in QC or production is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to use measuring instruments.
• Experience in quality control or production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials according to specifications.
• Inspect work in progress.
• Perform measurements and tests per documentation.
• Identify defects and report nonconformities.
• Maintain records of nonconformities and measurement results.
• Collaborate with production to eliminate errors.
• Keep workstation organized per 5S principles.
• Carry out tasks and goals assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

Zadania:

• Kontrola materiałów zgodnie ze specyfikacjami
• Kontrola produkcji w toku.
• Wykonywanie pomiarów i testów zgodnie z dokumentacją
• Identyfikacja wad i zgłaszanie niezgodności
• Prowadzenie rejestrów niezgodności i wyników pomiarów
• Współpraca z działem produkcji w zakresie eliminacji błędów
• Utrzymanie porządku na stanowisku pracy zgodnie z zasadami 5s
• Realizuje zadania i cele nakreślone przez przełożonego

Wymagania:

• Szkoła średnia
• Umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego
• Umiejętność posługiwania się narzędziami kontrolno-pomiarowymi
• Mile widziane doświadczenie w kontroli jakości lub pracy na produkcji
