Job summary

PerkinElmer in Kraków seeks an experienced Technical Writer to join the OneSource team. You will develop clear, accurate technical and marketing content that communicates laboratory solutions to customers and internal audiences.

Responsibilities include translating complex scientific information into engaging content, writing blogs, white papers, case studies, and web content, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product Leaders. Hybrid work model with three days in the Kraków office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, journalism, marketing, biology, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of technical writing, content development, copywriting, scientific writing, or related experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread technical and marketing content for OneSource solutions and services.
• Translate complex technical and scientific information into clear content for customers and business audiences.
• Research and write blogs, thought‑leadership articles, white papers, case studies, and other long‑form content.
• Develop copy for websites, landing pages, emails, brochures, presentations, and other assets.
• Interview with subject matter experts and stakeholders to capture expertise for content.
• Create content on laboratory operations, asset management, data analytics, workflow optimization, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Leaders, and other teams to align content with customer needs.
• Develop customer case studies and success stories communicating challenges, solutions, outcomes, and value.
• Support thought‑leadership content and SEO/digital content best practices.
• Review and edit materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and proofread technical and marketing content supporting OneSource laboratory solutions and services.
• Translate complex technical, scientific, and operational information into clear, concise, and engaging content for customers and business audiences.
• Research and write blogs, thought‑leadership articles, technical articles, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, and other long‑form content.
• Develop copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, sales enablement materials, and other digital and print assets.
• Interview with subject matter experts, technical specialists, laboratory professionals, customers, and business leaders to capture expertise and develop compelling content.
• Develop content focused on laboratory operations, instrument services, asset management, laboratory productivity, digital solutions, data and analytics, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Line Leaders, and other stakeholders to identify content opportunities aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Develop customer case studies and success stories that communicate customer challenges, solutions, outcomes, and measurable value.
• Support the development of thought‑leadership content that positions OneSource as a knowledgeable and trusted partner within the laboratory solutions industry.
• Support website content development and optimization, including SEO and digital content best practices.
• Review and edit existing technical and marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, readability, and brand alignment.
• Work with subject matter experts and appropriate stakeholders to validate technical information and claims.
• Maintain consistent terminology, messaging, tone, and brand standards across technical and marketing communications.
• Manage multiple content projects, stakeholder reviews, and deadlines simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical writing, content development, copywriting, scientific writing, or related experience.
• Fluent in English

Critical Qualifications

• Experience writing within laboratory solutions, laboratory services, scientific instrumentation, laboratory operations, engineering, technical services, or a related technical industry.
• Scientific background or demonstrated scientific experience is required, with the ability to understand technical and scientific concepts and translate them into clear, accurate, and engaging content for a variety of audiences.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong copywriting, proofreading, editing, research, and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated experience developing blogs, thought‑leadership articles, case studies, white papers, technical materials, website content, and customer‑facing communications.
• Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into clear and compelling content for different audiences.
• Experience interviewing and collaborating with subject matter experts, technical teams, customers, commercial teams, and business leaders.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on technical accuracy and consistency.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A can‑do and collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website content management systems, marketing platforms, and digital content development.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
