Job description

As a Technical Transition Manager, you will be responsible for seamlessly moving IT services, infrastructure, and operations from the project phase into stable, day-to-day delivery. Your role will focus on coordinating processes, ensuring operational readiness, and facilitating effective communication between technical and business teams.

Project Information

Working hours: Full-time

Remuneration: Up to 190 PLN/h (B2B)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT service transitions, focusing on cloud, AI, and low-code technologies
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and service delivery units to ensure smooth transition and operational readiness
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across complex, multi-technology environments
• Oversee documentation, knowledge transfer, and validation of acceptance criteria
• Act as the primary point of contact for all transition-related activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Transition Manager or in a similar IT service transition/IT delivery role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and service delivery management
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and low-code platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
