• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with modern web technologies.

About The Role

We\'re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who thrives on solving problems and helping users succeed. You\'ll work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues, answer product questions, and make sure they\'re getting real value from the platform. This role is a great fit for someone who loves technology, communicates clearly, and can think on their feet. It\'s more than a simple support role — you\'ll be part of shaping how users experience and succeed with AI automation. The role is based in Paris, in a coworking space, with a hybrid work model (mix of in-office and remote).
