Mend.io in Poland is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to monitor the support queue and provide initial analysis in line with our SLA and service standards. You will work on debugging, API-related issues, and customer interactions, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration and thorough documentation.
The role requires 4+ years of product-facing support experience, familiarity with command line tools, REST API troubleshooting, and knowledge of Docker/Jenkins.

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring the queue and providing technical support, with emphasis on the initial analysis in accordance with Mend’s SLA and service standards.
This role requires knowledge of the Mend’s products, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Important note: This role is based in Poland and requires availability during U.S. Eastern Time working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET, which is approximately 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM local Poland time.
