Job summary
Improvado is seeking a technical specialist to own the performance of the website end to end—SEO, speed, and conversion optimization. You will work hands-on with GA4, Search Console, and browser dev tools as well as shape how the product is presented online, guiding product marketing with data-driven insights.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization with measurable growth.
- Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of how sites are built, served, and rendered.
- Willing to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to US East Coast.
- Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
- Strong analytics experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Own technical health: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema.
- Optimize the site for AI search and conversion performance.
- Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests).
- Build dashboards linking organic traffic to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
