Scientists/Engineers will have excellent academics and be looking to utilise their technical skills in a rewarding sales environment. This opportunity involves developing a prospect list, identifying key contacts, and setting up appointments. Additionally, the position entails managing existing account relationships within the territory to position for future growth opportunities. As a Sales Engineer/Scientist, you will work with customers from the initial sale to the completion of work, ensuring that all necessary Bills of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical manuals are produced and maintained. The role also includes representing the company at seminars and trade shows to convince prospective clients of the desirability and practicality of products and services. The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls regarding applications and engineering of scientific products, review blueprints and customer documents, and provide solutions to problems by conferring with various departments as needed.
