Working hours:Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm EST
Salary range:$900 - $1,350 per month
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, other websites, and personal networks for work-from-home roles in the Philippines.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates, present job opportunities, and encourage applications.
- Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, share assessments, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Utilize recruitment and talent acquisition tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting, preferably for remote positions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition tools, including Breezy HR, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
