We are a headhunter agency matching top talent in The Philippines with fast-growing US and global companies. We are hiring an ambitious and talentedTechnical Recruiterto join a Nimble company.Our client is a venture-backed technology startup in the finance and accounting space.

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm EST

Salary range:$900 - $1,350 per month

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, other websites, and personal networks for work-from-home roles in the Philippines.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates, present job opportunities, and encourage applications.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, share assessments, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Utilize recruitment and talent acquisition tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting, preferably for remote positions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition tools, including Breezy HR, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
