Overview

Join us in this role where you’ll manage the technical delivery of infrastructure production projects, ensuring robust network security, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution across sites. You’ll be responsible for coordinating global cross-functional teams, driving project milestones, and implementing secure infrastructure solutions, including firewall and network protection.

Welcome to Agile Delivery You’ll be part of the Production IPL team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver high-impact infrastructure projects across multiple European locations. Our team works closely with stakeholders across engineering, IT security, and operations to ensure timely and secure project delivery.

Responsibilities

• leading the technical execution of IPL infrastructure projects across global sites
• ensuring that the right cybersecurity level is implemented on the network solutions on production sites, fulfilling both country-specific and Group requirements and ensure collection of compliance evi
• coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions
• implementing and validating network security measures, including firewall configurations and access controls
• managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making
• overseeing project documentation, compliance, and reporting to meet internal and external standards
• driving continuous improvement by sharing learnings and optimising delivery processes across IPL projects.

Qualifications

• have experience in managing complex infrastructure or IT projects, or equivalent experience
• understand network architecture, including firewall configuration, secure connectivity, and access control
• are familiar with cybersecurity principles and can collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance
• have experience from working in OT/Production environment, including design, implementation and maintenance of communication networks LAN and WAN
• have general knowledge of computer networks and telecommunication principles. Cisco and Palo Alto products
• communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
• are skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, and agile delivery methods
• thrive in dynamic environments and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to challenges.
