Job summary

PRIMUS Global Solutions (PRIMUS UK & Europe) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will manage PoCs to deployment, coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams, and ensure governance and data privacy.

The role requires hands-on GenAI, RAG, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, strong delivery discipline, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading GenAI projects end-to-end including PoC to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI projects from PoC through deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
• Drive implementation of RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, agentic workflows, Copilot Studio agents, and Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Manage large-scale IT implementations and cloud transformation projects.
• Ensure AI governance, data privacy, PII masking, hallucination mitigation, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Coordinate client, offshore, cross-functional, and multi-vendor teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, costs, schedules, and dependencies.
• Prepare governance reports, project status updates, and leadership presentations.
• Manage escalations, competing priorities, and tight delivery deadlines.

Hiring: Technical Project Manager - Generative AI (GenAI)

Location: Remote - Poland

Language Requirement: Any one of German, French, or Spanish

Role Overview:

Experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI initiatives within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Copilot solutions, along with strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GenAI projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) through deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
• Drive implementation of RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, agentic workflows, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Manage large-scale IT implementations, migrations, and cloud transformation projects.
• Ensure AI governance, data privacy, PII masking, hallucination mitigation, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Coordinate client, offshore, cross-functional, and multi-vendor teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, costs, schedules, and dependencies.
• Prepare governance reports, project status updates, and leadership presentations.
• Manage escalations, competing priorities, and tight delivery deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Technical Project Management and large-scale IT project delivery.
• Practical experience with GenAI, RAG, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Good understanding of Azure services and cloud transformation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or other project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in any one of the following languages: German, French, or Spanish.
