Job summary

Pracyva seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end GenAI initiatives on Azure. The role requires 12+ years of experience with RAG pipelines, LLMs, and Copilot solutions, plus strong multi-stakeholder coordination.

You will drive PoC to deployment, manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment. Excellent communication and governance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead GenAI projects from PoC to deployment on Azure within scope, timeline and budget.
• Supervise cross-functional teams to build RAG pipelines and LLM-based assistants.
• Coordinate Copilot implementations and custom Copilot Studio agents.
• Mitigate GenAI risks including privacy, PII masking and governance.
• Experience with large-scale migrations and implementations.
• Manage multiple IT priorities with clear timelines and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and GenAI technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and offshore collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI, RAG, OpenAI, Azure AI Studio and Copilot.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ADO).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GenAI projects from PoC to deployment on Azure.
• Oversee technical teams delivering RAG pipelines and LLM-driven workflows.
• Coordinate Microsoft Copilot deployments and Studio agent integrations.
• Identify and manage GenAI risks, ensuring AI governance compliance.
• Plan, track, and report project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Balance scope, timelines, and budget across multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with client, offshore, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory alignment.
