Job summary

Cebi Poland is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to integrate with the Innovation team in the R&D center for developing new solutions for customers. You will own the technical design of products and lead design reviews with customers while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities include preparing BOM, pilot Design FMEA, leading design procedures, and guiding cross‑functional activities to meet timing and budget, while visiting customers and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in automotive: plastic parts or systems, actuators, sensors
• Strong understanding of plastic Injection process; mold concepts knowledge would be a plus
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, curious and proactive with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus (German, French, Italian)

• Participate in technical meetings with customers and justify technical decisions
• Establish design follow‑up with customers and internal design team
• Prepare compliance matrix for verifying technical requirements
• Coordinate internal activities with process, quality, costing, validation/laboratory and production teams
• Prepare Product Bill of Material (BOM)
• Pilot Design FMEA and participate in Process FMEA preparation
• Lead redaction of Design Procedures and internal technical standards
• Lead customer visits at Cebi and externally
• Contribute to new innovative projects for product development and drive successful outcomes
• Responsible for project timing and budget follow up

Through your work, you will play a key role in enabling Cebi to deliver best-in‑class products and services to customers worldwide, driving growth and profitability for the business.

Your Mission:

• Technical responsibility for product including design
• Participate in technical meetings with customers & justify technical decisions

• Preparing Product Bill of Material
• Pilot Design FMEA & Participate in the Process FMEA preparation

• Lead customers visits at Cebi and externally
• Actively participate in new innovative projects for products development, contributing with expertise to drive successful outcomes
• Responsible of project timing
• Responsible of project budget follow up (including investments and direct cost)

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or a related field;
• alternatively, a technical school diploma combined with significant additional professional experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in automotive: plastic parts or systems, actuators, sensors
• Strong understanding of plastic Injection process. Knowledge of mold concepts and ability to follow molds manufacturing will be a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, curious and proactive, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages would be plus (German, French, Italian)
