Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in an engineering or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in mobile devices, HW/SW/embedded software and Android software development.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and large scale software projects. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
• Remove obstacles to drive momentum, progress and results. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.
• Understand technical implementation and propose technical alternatives when necessary. Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective. Develop broad domain and technical knowledge.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance dashboards.
