Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Technical Product Owner in Warsaw to drive roadmap delivery for backend services in loyalty and customer communications. You will work with Product Managers, Business Owners and cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable backlog items and ensure timely delivery.

You will bring 5+ years in analytics or development, strong business acumen and excellent English/Polish communication.

Qualifications

3+ years leading product backlog and roadmaps for epics
5+ years as Business/System Analyst or Software Developer to understand backend services
Proven track record leading international digitalization projects
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and metrics awareness
Excellent English, Polish skills for day-to-day work
Experience in agile projects with dependencies and SAFe knowledge a plus
Hands-on knowledge of SDLC from requirements to QA
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and deliver on the roadmap for backend services loyalty program and customer communication domains
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners and Stakeholders to translate needs into backlog items
Improve cross-team cooperation and act as Team Front Man
Set priorities and monitor status of team efforts
