  • Experience working with metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong ownership, decision-making capability, and ability to balance business value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments on AWS and understanding of cloud-native product constraints
  • Background in data-driven products, analytics platforms, or event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
  • Experience with enterprise-scale products or multi-team/multi-product environments
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and collaboration with design teams
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or IoT domains

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation and collaboration with stakeholders using advanced techniques (workshops, interviews, discovery sessions)
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements) ensuring readiness for development
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans, aligning across engineering and business teams
  • Drive requirements prioritization using value-driven approaches, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and business goals
  • Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability, maintaining consistency across features, releases, and implementation artifacts
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define solution approaches, clarify requirements, and support design decisions
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment
  • Validate delivered solutions against business needs through acceptance criteria, demos, and UAT participation
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, identifying gaps between expected and actual value and driving improvements
  • Support solution validation and continuous improvement, including defect triage, feedback analysis, and backlog adjustments
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation
