Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (Technical Lead) for the Reusable AI team within the AI Factory program. You will shape technical decisions, guide cloud-based AI services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reusable components and APIs.

You will develop robust Python code, manage CI/CD pipelines, and work with data scientists to streamline AI pipelines across Azure and Google Cloud. We offer a hybrid model and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Very good Python development skills.
• Knowledge of at least one cloud environment (Azure/GCP/AWS).
• Good knowledge of CI/CD processes (not necessarily on GitHub).
• Practical experience with test-driven development.
• Experience in using Docker.
• Experience in Kubernetes (as an applications developer) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and architectural decisions for the Reusable AI team, focusing on services vs reusable components and external contributions.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand user needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Oversee development and infrastructure of AI services, such as a Translation service, and provide templates for AI pipelines.
• Engage with IPA and GenAI teams to integrate and consolidate services.
• Assess technical capacity and align resources with project demands.
• Focus on the economic sustainability of products and long-term viability.
• Implement metrics to measure product adoption and identify areas for improvement.
