Job summary

Intellias is seeking a senior software engineer with 10+ years of experience to provide technical leadership on a CDI stabilisation programme for a Fortune 500 client. You will design APIs, microservices, and integration patterns within a large enterprise system, guiding platforms toward cloud-native, AI-assisted engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core and React.
• Hands-on experience designing and building enterprise-grade APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration architecture patterns.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and messaging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and engineering best practices.
• Experience with observability, monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across CDI stabilisation initiatives, PoCs and future platform foundation activities.
• Drive technical design and architectural decision-making for integration services, platform components and supporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of APIs, microservices and integration patterns within a complex enterprise ecosystem.
• Define engineering standards, development practices, coding guidelines and quality controls.
• Review solution designs and code to ensure maintainability, scalability, security and performance.
• Mentor and support engineering team members through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Support observability, monitoring and operational excellence initiatives.
• Participate in technical investigations, root cause analysis and problem resolution activities.
• Contribute to PoCs, architecture validation activities and future CDI platform capabilities.
• Dive into DevOps, CI/CD and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of stabilisation and platform roadmap objectives.
