Join our interdisciplinary Technical Support Team as a Technical Engineer with German. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving production applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of systems and applications
• Resolving application-related incidents
• Participating in software base setup, initial installation, and upgrades (application servers, database servers, operating systems, webservers, directory servers, commercial packages, etc.)
• Creating reports, checking the quality-of-service tickets

Required Skills

• Languages: Communicative German and English
• Operating Systems: Basic skills in Windows and Linux
• ITIL: Understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience: 2nd level support experience (nice to have)
• Personal Qualities: Attention to detail and high focus on quality of delivered work
