Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications, procedures).
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and proper version control.
• Coordinate drawing releases.

Job description

• Manage engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications, procedures)
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and proper version control
• Coordinate drawing releases
• Maintain documentation lists and communicate changes clearly to relevant teams
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams and manufacturers regarding documentation flow
• Support manufacturers in accessing and understanding documentation
• Collaborate with engineering team to resolve inconsistencies or missing information
