Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical support organization.
• Demonstrated expert understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and BGP.
• Hands-on Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues across network, application, and cloud environments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to document problem definitions and resolutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to the customer support forum.
• Participate in a 24x7 support coverage model for global customers.
