Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to own the technical direction of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. The role combines architecture, solution design, upgrades and coordination with internal teams and external partners across a largely standard D365 environment.

The successful candidate will drive upgrades, governance and integrations while ensuring the D365 landscape evolves in a controlled, sustainable way, with Warsaw and remote

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Background in technical architecture, solution design or senior technical consultancy.
• Experience with D365 upgrades, releases and lifecycle management.
• Experience in Finance-focused D365 environments.
• Able to balance technical ownership with coordination and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the D365 F&O platform.
• Define and review technical solutions and architecture for new requirements.
• Lead D365 upgrades, releases and Microsoft platform updates.
• Coordinate technical changes related to third-party ISV solutions.

Location: Warsaw / Remote within Poland

The role combines technical architecture, solution design, upgrades and releases, technical coordination and stakeholder management. You will work with internal teams, external partners and integration specialists across a largely standard D365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the D365 F&O platform.

• Comfortable combining technical ownership with coordination and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

• Experience with global or multi-country D365 environments
• Logistics, supply chain or transport industry experience
