Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead a high-impact project building a self-service platform for automated provisioning of infrastructure and environments using low-code/no-code approaches. The role is hybrid, with one day per week at the client’s office, and requires strong leadership and DevOps mastery.

You will drive platform development, engage with stakeholders, and mentor team members while optimizing Azure DevOps workflows and cross-platform integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administration.
• Deep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD.
• Strong skills in systems integration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment.
• Advanced level of English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.
