Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer / Engineering Leader to join a project building a self-service platform enabling automatic provisioning of infrastructure and environments with a low-code/no-code approach. The role is hybrid, with 1 day per week at the Client's office, and will require strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

You will lead DevOps activities, drive platform development, engage stakeholders, and mentor engineers while leveraging Azure DevOps, Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or systems administration
• Deep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on with Crossplane and Argo CD
• Strong systems integration and stakeholder management
• Effective communication with stakeholders
• Demonstrated technical leadership
• Advanced English proficiency

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.

Your tasks

• Leading DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
• Driving the development of a self-service platform that meets the needs of developers and business users
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Managing systems integration processes to enhance the platform's functionality
• Utilizing Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure to streamline development workflows
• Implementing and managing Crossplane and Argo CD for effective resource management and deployment
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members
• Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administration
• Deep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD
• Strong skills in systems integration and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment
• Advanced level of English
