Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Engineering Leader to drive a self-service platform that automates infrastructure provisioning for digital solutions using low-code/no-code approaches. The role is hybrid, with one day per week at the client office, and offers exposure to modern cloud and automation technologies.

You will lead DevOps activities, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor the team, and guide Crossplane and Argo CD implementations within Microsoft Azure and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administration.
• Deep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD.
• Strong skills in systems integration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment.
• Advanced level of English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.

Your tasks
