Sii Poland is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead a project delivering a self-service platform that empowers developers and business users to automatically provision infrastructure and environments using a low-code/no-code approach. The role is hybrid—1 day per week at the Client's office.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals while advancing DevOps practices across Azure and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in DevOps or systems administration.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD.
• Strong systems integration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities in a technical environment.
• Advanced level of English.

This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low‑code/no‑code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.

Your tasks

• Leading DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
• Driving the development of a self‑service platform that meets the needs of developers and business users
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
