Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join our cloud transformation team on a data-intensive analytical platform. You will design scalable architectures, modernize legacy components, and ensure performance and cost-efficiency in the cloud environment.

You will collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions, optimize ETL pipelines, and enforce coding standards while expanding analytical capabilities with advanced techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ETL development experience.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and relational data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL design and optimization.
• Practical experience building ETL processes in AWS (Glue and Lambda).
• Proven ability to optimize stored procedures and ensure data flow quality.
• English language at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cloud transformation by designing scalable architectures.
• Lead evolution by introducing modern frameworks and architectural improvements.

You will collaborate closely with a team of software engineers, analysts, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Your tasks

• Contributing to the cloud transformation of a data-intensive analytical platform by designing scalable architectures and modernizing legacy components
• Leading continuous technological evolution by proposing and implementing modern frameworks and architectural improvements
• Expanding analytical and predictive capabilities by developing and integrating advanced statistical methods and machine learning models
• Working closely with a team of software engineers and analysts to design and build software solutions that meet business needs
• Ensuring adherence to team design and coding procedures and standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL development
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced query design and relational data modeling
• Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL pipeline design and optimization
• Practical experience building ETL processes in AWS, including AWS Glue and AWS Lambda functions
• Proven ability to optimize stored procedures and debug data flows across dependent components
• Ability to enforce best practices in SQL coding standards and operational monitoring
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Practical experience in the Healthcare IT domain
• Experience in developing highly available architectures in the cloud
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and development tools
• Knowledge of statistical modeling methods
• Hands-on experience with Python
