Job summary

CO3 sp. z o.o. seeks a Tech Lead who can act as a one-man-army, diving into a live logistics platform to stabilize, modernize, and unify it within CO3 architecture. You will own complex integrations, drive architectural standards, and mentor engineers while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You’ll explore a cloud-first approach on AWS/GCP, maintain security and performance, and collaborate across domains to deliver a robust, scalable product for the logistics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Testing and AI knowledge applicable to a live platform.
• Cloud proficiency with AWS and GCP.
• Strong Java, TypeScript, Node.js, Kafka and integration skills.
• Experience with React or Angular is a plus.
• Mentorship and ownership of end-to-end features.
• Agile experience with Kanban.

At CO3, we are standing up a new team to take full technical ownership of a live logistics platform integrated into our ecosystem. We need a Tech Lead who is genuinely a one-man-army: someone who can dive deep into an active codebase, master its complex telematics integrations, keep the platform rock-solid, and lead its modernization and unification into the core CO3 architecture. Languages are tools — you reach for the right one, ship, and move on.

• Tackle Multiple Integrations & Complex Logic: Take hands-on ownership of a wide variety of logistics ecosystem integrations and core modules packed with heavy, non-trivial domain logic.
• Keep Technical Standards: Define engineering craftsmanship, system patterns, automated testing culture, and architectural standards as the platform evolves.
• Grow & Lead the Team: Mentor Senior and Junior engineers, and build a high-performing, autonomous unit around you.
• Work AI-Native: Leverage modern AI tooling to rapidly navigate existing codebases, streamline refactoring, and multiply team velocity.
• Cloud Infrastructure Ownership: Keep our cloud footprint (AWS/GCP) performant, secure, cost-optimized, and resilient.
