Job summary

Trinetix, a global tech services company, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support commercial contracts, IP, compliance, privacy and other day-to-day legal issues across an international technology business.

Based in Poland, you will draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, software licensing and vendor agreements, while advising on US and European matters and mitigating legal risk with practical solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Law.
3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an IT or technology company.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts governed by US law and/or English law.
Good understanding of key technology-contract issues, including liability, indemnities, IP, data protection, information security and licensing.
Advanced English and Ukrainian.
Practical experience using generative AI tools in legal work.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate wide range of contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, software, SaaS, licensing and vendor agreements.
Independently manage contract negotiations with clients, vendors and external counsel.
Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical solutions and fallback positions.
Advise internal teams on legal matters arising in different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe.
Support IP-related matters, including software ownership, licensing, copyright and trademarks.
Support corporate, compliance, privacy and other legal matters as needed.
Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise legal advice.
