- Ability to independently manage entire contract processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare legal advice and draft all types of IP and IT agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial terms and agreements.
- Proactively support various business units in day-to-day operations.
- Monitor legal developments in the video game industry.
