You’ll start by operating as a senior individual contributor: shipping production code, learning the codebase, and building a deep understanding of the team's domain and challenges.
Over your first 3-6 months, you’ll gradually take on team leadership, including ceremonies, delivery, performance management, and stakeholder communication.
In the long term, you will own technical direction of the Sensor domain while continuing to code on critical paths.
Our team works across Go microservices, eBPF/Linux/Windows low-level programming, and the Helm/CI/CD that ships it all.
